Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Are Returns and Exchanges Free?

Customers will have to cover the cost of shipping to exchange.

When will I receive my exchange or my refund?

Your refund will be issued via Payfast or EFT within 14 days. Your exchange will be delivered to your door after 15 days.

What are the conditions for a refund or an exchange? 

In ALL cases, the returned item must be in its original condition

  1. unused
  2. sellable
  3. with all tags still attached

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive the refund within a certain amount of days. 

Will my shipping fees be refunded?

Unfortunately, courier and shipping fees will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the customer to educate themselves on our returns policy prior to purchasing. we will not be liable for a customer being unaware of our returns policy.

Late or missing funds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately ZERO returns can be processed on sale items.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I exchange more than once?

All exchanges will be allowed on one occasion only, you may NOT exchange more than once so please be sure of your purchase.

We will not cover the courier cost of multiple exchanges / refund transactions.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds will not be facilitated after 7 days of the customer receiving an item
